These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Future Learning School, the website, membership, live tutoring masterclasses, recordings, resources, and related services provided by Future Learning School Ltd.
By purchasing a membership, creating an account, accessing our resources, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Future Learning School
Future Learning School Ltd provides online educational support for GCSE and IGCSE students. Our membership includes live weekday tutoring masterclasses, recordings, practice resources, and exam-technique support across core subjects.
Our services are designed to support learning and exam preparation. We do not guarantee specific grades, exam outcomes, school placements, or academic results.
2. Membership access
Membership gives students access to the resources, live sessions, recordings, and support included in the membership at the time of subscription.
Access is for the registered student and their parent or guardian only. Login details must not be shared with anyone outside the household or used by multiple unrelated students.
Future Learning School Ltd may update, improve, replace, or remove content over time to keep the membership relevant and useful.
3. Live masterclasses and recordings
Live tutoring masterclasses are delivered online. Session times, subjects, tutors, and availability may change when required due to tutor availability, technical issues, holidays, safeguarding needs, or operational reasons.
Where possible, recordings and resources may be made available for students who cannot attend live. We do not guarantee that every live session will be recorded or available permanently.
4. Student behaviour
Students are expected to behave respectfully during live sessions, chat interactions, and any online learning activities. Disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a session or suspension of access.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that students use the service appropriately and safely.
5. Parent and guardian responsibility
Future Learning School Ltd primarily supports students who may be under 18. Parents or guardians are responsible for purchasing membership, managing account access, supervising appropriate use, and making sure the service is suitable for the student.
6. Payments and billing
Membership fees are charged according to the pricing shown at checkout. Prices may be shown in GBP and may vary if your bank or payment provider applies currency conversion or fees.
If you join as a founding member before 31 December 2026, your original membership price will remain in place for as long as you remain subscribed, unless you cancel, fail to pay, change plan, or otherwise lose access under these Terms.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for payments already made. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more detail.
8. Intellectual property
All videos, recordings, worksheets, resources, lesson materials, written content, branding, and website content are owned by or licensed to Future Learning School Ltd.
You may use the materials for personal educational use only. You must not copy, share, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, or reproduce our materials without written permission.
9. Technology and access
You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and any software required to access live sessions and online resources.
We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Technical issues may occur and may be outside our control.
10. Safeguarding and online safety
Future Learning School Ltd takes safeguarding and online safety seriously. Students, parents, guardians, and tutors are expected to follow our Safeguarding and Online Safety Policy.
Any safeguarding concern should be reported promptly using the site support email.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be made available on our website. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
