Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and payments work for Future Learning School Ltd memberships.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to this policy.
1. Membership billing
Future Learning School membership is billed according to the price and billing schedule shown at checkout.
Your membership gives access to live tutoring masterclasses, recordings, practice resources, and exam-technique support while your subscription remains active.
2. Cancel anytime
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund payments already made.
After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your account or checkout terms.
3. No partial refunds
Future Learning School Ltd does not offer partial refunds for unused time, missed live sessions, unused resources, non-attendance, or cancellation part-way through a billing period.
This helps us keep the membership simple, predictable, and fair for all members.
4. Founding member pricing
Founding members who join before 31 December 2026 keep their original membership price for as long as they remain subscribed.
If you cancel, fail to pay, change plan, or lose access, you may not be able to return later at the original founding member price.
5. Missed live sessions
If a student misses a live session, this does not create a refund. Where available, recordings or resources may help students catch up.
We do not guarantee that every live session will be recorded or available permanently.
6. Service changes
Future Learning School Ltd may update session times, tutors, subjects, resources, or membership features as the service develops.
If a significant change affects your membership, we will aim to communicate clearly with members.
7. Technical issues
Students and families are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device, and software to access the service.
Refunds are not normally provided for issues caused by the memberā€™s device, internet connection, browser, or local technology setup.
If there is a significant platform issue caused by Future Learning School Ltd that prevents access, contact us using the site support email so we can review the situation.
8. How to cancel
You can cancel your membership through your account settings where available, or by contacting Future Learning School Ltd using the site support email.
Please allow reasonable time for cancellation requests made by email to be processed.
